Additional
Information

If your question is not answered within the FAQ section, you may submit your question directly to the TICO Webmaster.

What type of document do I submit for manual coding services?
Data can be submitted by sending the Declarations page of each policy, or by sending a formatted report of the company's choosing, as long as it contains all of the required statistical information for each policy.

What information is needed for statistical coding?
Click the "Residential Documents" link on the menu bar above, and then click "Premium Coding Requirements". The General Reporting Instructions and formats are contained in this document.

Do I send only new and renewal premium information?
All premium transactions that apply during the term of new or renewal policies must be sent, i.e., endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements.

What is a code sheet?
A code sheet is a copy of our coding of the rating and premium information pertaining to each document sent. Click the "Residential Documents" link on the menu bar above, and then click on the appropriate document.

Does TICO keep copies of the policies sent?
TICO does not keep copies of the Declaration pages. Everything is returned to the company once we have processed it.

What if I do not want any paper work back?
Companies can request to not receive their documents and/or code sheets back.
